Delivery by our trusted carrier UPS

Delivery is free for all orders over €180.

For orders under €180, shipping costs are €9.80 (this price may vary depending on sales promotions).

Clément Design Benelux offers you delivery within 24 to 48 working hours for €9.80 excluding VAT with our carrier UPS (Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, average time observed from dispatch).

Your package will be delivered directly to the address of your choice (your workplace, your home, etc.).

If you are not there when the delivery is made, the UPS driver will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You can then ask UPS to deliver your package on the day of your choice.

When your order is shipped, a confirmation email is sent to you with a tracking number for your package. You can track your package directly on the UPS website.
