Return Policy - Exchange

Terms :

The buyer has the right to return, for exchange or refund, within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product(s). The delivery date is certified by the postmark or the shipping slip. Beyond this date, returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the error is the fault of CLEMENT DESIGN.

  • The returned item(s) must be in perfect condition: unwashed, unworn, unused, folded and returned to their original packaging, also in good condition.
  • Any damaged or personalized item (except in cases of quality problems accepted by our after-sales service) will be refused.
  • Any item returned dirty, balled up, smelly (non-exhaustive list) will be subject to a repair fee of €10 including tax.

Any warranty is excluded in the event of misuse, negligence, lack of maintenance on the part of the buyer, transformation of the product, normal wear and tear of the product.

If CLEMENT DESIGN products were purchased through a third party (reseller or distributor), you will need to contact this third party directly for After-Sales Service.

I would like to make a return, what should I do?

Until the order is customized, packaged and shipped from our warehouse, an order can be cancelled and/or modified.

If your return request meets the conditions above, simply complete the form provided for this purpose.

Request for exchange or refund:

The product does not suit you, does not fit you, you change your mind: unless there is an error by Clement Design, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of a first exchange, we offer you the reshipment of the package.

In the event of a refund request, this will be done excluding shipping costs.

Adding Customization:

Requests for customization after purchase will be accepted within 30 days. Provided that return conditions are met.

Alterations / Repairs:

All repair requests (changing a button, a snap, redoing a seam) will be accepted within a maximum period of 6 MONTHS. Beyond that, it will be a wear and tear of the garment that we will not cover.

Shipping costs may apply.

Product defect:

Despite all the attention we pay to the quality of our products, a defect is always possible. The request for repair or exchange will be studied on the basis of the completed form and the attached photos.

In the event of a refused return or unclaimed package:

Clement Design reserves the right to restock or destroy after 90 days if no instructions have been given by the customer. For unclaimed packages (returns +10 days), a refund will then be possible (except for personalized products) but the amount refunded will be reduced by a flat rate fee of €10 excluding VAT (€12 including VAT) relating to the cost of transporting the package.

Packages not collected from a relay point:

For orders delivered to a relay point, if the package is not collected by the customer within 10 days of being placed in the relay point, the order will be returned to us. If the customer wishes the order to be reshipped, a flat rate fee of €10 excluding VAT (€12 including VAT) for the new shipment will be requested.
