Secure payments

In order to process your order as quickly as possible, it must be paid in full when ordering. Any unpaid or partially paid order cannot be processed.

We offer you 3 payment methods:

1) by credit card: payment is taken directly at the time of your order via the secure Stripe™ payment interface.

2) by bank transfer: we await your transfer before processing your order.

3) by PayPal: payment is taken when you order via our secure service provider PayPal™.

Clément Design Benelux trusts Stripe™ and PayPal™ to secure transactions made on its site.

To ensure the security of payments on our site, we use a secure online payment system developed by our partner Stripe. This system encrypts your bank details when they are transmitted to our bank and guarantees that none of the information relating to your order or your payment method circulates in clear text on the internet.

With this system, we never have knowledge of your card number and Stripe undertakes not to keep your card number once the transaction has been made with our bank.

Your online payment on our site is therefore 100% secure.
